DSE signs Group Insurance deal with Pragati

Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) signed deals with Pragati Life Insurance Limited to receive group life and health insurance services of the Directors and Employees at Gulshan Club, Dhaka recently, says a Press release.

Chief Executive Officer of DSE Salahuddin Ahmed Khan and Managing Director and Actuary M. Shefaque Ahmed, FSA. MAAA of Pragati Life Insurance Limited sign the contract on behalf of their respective organisations. Under the deal, Pragati Life will provide group life and hospitalisation insurance coverage to the member and employees of DSE. Under hospitalisation insurance Pragati Life will reimburse the ex­penses incurred for hospital treatment on account of room rent, consultation fees, diagnostic bills, surgical charges, medicine cost, ambulance charges etc up to a maximum of Tk 1,50,000/- in respect of each member/employee of DSE. Ahmed Rashid, SVP, Khwaja Ghulam Rasul, Sharif Atuar Rahman, Md. Azizur Haqu Director of Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and Munshi Md. Monirul Alam Tapan-FEVP, Mir Md. Shafiul Alam Kamol-FAVP of Pragati Life Insurance limited along with other senior officers of both the organisations were also present on the occasion.
