This is in response to Mr.Biplov's comment on ULFA. The first and foremost thing is ULFA does not represent whole of Asom. The main reason for backwardness of Asom or north east is unnatural partitioning of India. Since emotional issues are involved in reuniting India, it is high time for us to forget all the differences and strengthening the commonalities. Time has come for us considering forming confederation of states of Indian sub-continent some of which may retain their unique identities.
