The Jinnah legacy...http://www.thedailystar.net/newDesign/news-details.php?nid=248376
This eminent writer possibly failed to see that Jinnah was truly a lone Muslim statesman that we ever had in our history of this part of the world. Perhaps we must be able to see that Sheikh Mujib failed to provide that required statesmanship which is the root cause of much of our misery that we all are in today; and unfortunately enough Sheikh Mujib's daughters are ruining the country systematically to a level that is well directed by Delhi and yet this writer stayed loyal to mysterious causes slandering Jinnah right and left... basically pointless. One unit Pakistan is breaking away fast and big brothers will just go in one evening and take away their NUKE. That is not difficult at all to understand and whether Baluchistan is going to be independent...why go that far when we have our own huge problem.
Let us try to find a solution to our own problem and slandering other is not going to help much in that direction. You write great things about others, when come Jinnah you write about petty matters just to make him down…this is your moral corruption Mr. Syed Badrul Ahsan. This you do well and with passion. You really enjoy that I suppose. I am sure you are on the payroll of RAW and now that you see a change in the wind…you are jusst adjusting you heading. Perhaps smell in the air that CIA money is coming too.
Why the hell it matters to you so much whether Jinnah Marry a Parsi girl, whether he allows his daughter what not and even for that matter if he did not shake hands with great Maulana Azad? You should try to find equally the faults with Nehru, Gandhi and Patel brothers.
An unfinished revolution (military backed CTG) by few handful brilliant military officers who are now all in safe heaven (except few), some even enjoying western comfort away from all the mess that became our daily routine. To start with few the BDR mess by Sheikh Salim, Nanak, Taposh...some even say that all three parties (AL, BNP & JAMAT) were categorically and holistically involved in the process to make treat form the ARMY to fill the grunt. Making a quick exit leaving the whole election result providing Awami league an absolute majority...who is going bear the responsibility today? Are we not in a much bigger mess today than ever and what about the situation at the time when Fakruddin-Moeen Uddin took over the helm in such a dramatic fashion which were described by the Big brother Gen. Moeen in his well funded (written by some hopeless writer possibly) books, interesting two (2) of them...I demand an answer from all of them. History will not leave you alone and all those who were there as part of the process- you all are responsible for the mess that we are having today in an unprecedented manner.
That day military failed to take a decisive role and we are now left with no choice but to believe that it was a big conspiracy; whether RAW was part of it, ISI was there...that is beside the point. Point is very simple and our own Army failed on that occasion. Some say moral has gone for ever and some even go little further that that's what INDIA exactly wanted and they got it right.
If you have few bullets, shoot at the right target...do not just waste your ammunition. You have just chosen a wrong target and there is one near to your home by far.
